Notice periods
Notice periods according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:

Please note that after the employment relationship, any and all claims to contractual wages arising from the employment relationship with the employer
lapse within three months
unless asserted orally or in writing. Claims asserted in vain lapse unless an action is filed within 18 months since first asserted.


Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
  • Protection against termination of employment according to Section 15 of the Maternity Protection Act (
    Mutterschutzgesetz, MSchG
    ) is extended to apply to the term of entitlement to childcare benefit laid down in federal laws; up to the 30th month as a maximum.
  • Special payments: Christmas bonus (
    Weihnachtsgeld
    ) and annual leave bonus (
    Urlaubszuschuss
    )
