Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
e.g.
  • Discretionary distribution: The amount of discretionary distribution (
    Verteilungsvolumen
) opens up new room for manoeuvre to re-distribute part of the overall amount of remuneration, achieving a “fairer” distribution, upon the social partners’ agreement.
  • Leisure option (
    Freizeitoption
) in the vehicle industry: The collective agreement provides for an option (to be enshrined in a works agreement) for employees to agree on additional spare time instead of a pay increase.
