Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:Employee/Employer: from one week to four weeks
Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse within six months
unless asserted in writing. If such claims are denied by the employer, an action
must be filed
within eight weeks. After the termination of the employment relationship, all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse within three months
