Minimum wage / minimum salary
- Simple tasks (wage category 5): from EUR 1,862.32
- Tasks requiring qualification (wage category 3): from EUR 1,979.55
- Tasks requiring high qualification (wage category 2a): from EUR 2,215.69

Supplements and allowances
Supplements for night work of 30% are granted for the period between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.; in this context, see also framework collective agreement for the food and beverage industry.
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week
Supplement for extra hours
: 50%, supplements for night work between 30% and 50% as well as 50% for shift work on Saturdays
Section 20 of the framework collective agreement for the food and beverage industry applies. Notice periods for the employer of six to 21 weeks, depending on the length of the employee’s employment period with the company.

Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer must be asserted within five months. If payment is claimed in time, a three-year limitation period applies.
Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
Full payment of the costs for boarding school for apprentices. Additional collective agreements regarding employee inventions and proposals for improvements as well as provisions on necessary vaccination to be paid by the company.
