Results of the latest round of negotiations
  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 3.35%
  • Actual wages: Overpayments unchanged (parallel adjustment)


Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: EUR 10.06
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 12.48 to EUR 14.32
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: up to EUR 14.62


Apprenticeship pay
Stonemasons Quarrymen in trades related to construction
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 5.34 EUR 4.31
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 6.89 EUR 6.42
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 9.93 EUR 9.60
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 11.52


Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week.
Overtime supplement: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.


Notice periods
Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:
  • Employee: any time to three weeks
  • Employer: any time to three weeks


Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse unless asserted within three months. If payment is claimed in time, a three-year limitation period applies.
