Results of the latest round of negotiations
  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 4.0%

  • Simple tasks: EUR 11.82 to EUR 12.85
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 13.41 to EUR 13.74
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: EUR 14.42

Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 5.30
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 6.55
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 7.80
in case of two trades, 4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 9.05

Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week
Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.

Notice periods
  • Employee/employer: from one week to four weeks

Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer
lapse within three months
unless asserted in writing.
