Results of the latest round of negotiations
  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 3,35%
  • Actual wages: Overpayments unchanged (parallel adjustment)


Mindestlohn/Mindestgehalt
  • Simple tasks: EUR 10.83 to EUR 11.77
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 12.26 to EUR 12.58
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: EUR 13.20


Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 4.73
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 5.82
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 6.93
in case of two trades, 4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 8.07


Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week.
Supplement for extra hours: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.


Notice periods
  • Employee/employer: 2 weeks
