Increase of wages under the collective agreement by 4,2%
Minimum wage / minimum salary
Simple tasks: from EUR 12.50 to EUR 13.64
Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 14.36 to EUR 16.02
Tasks requiring high qualification: from EUR 17.59 to EUR 18.08
Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship:
EUR 6.41
2nd year of apprenticeship:
EUR 9.61
3rd year of apprenticeship:
EUR 12.82
4th year of apprenticeship:
EUR 14.42
Supplements and allowances
Various supplements for difficult working conditions depending on occupational group (e.g. dirt, hazard and hardship allowance).
Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week

Overtime supplement
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.
Notice periods
Notice periods according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:

after termination of the employment relationship unless asserted in writing. If such claims are denied by the employer, an
