Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse within nine months
unless asserted verbally or in writing. If payment is claimed in time, a three-year limitation period applies. Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
e.g.-
•Special payments: Christmas bonus (Weihnachtsgeld) and annual leave bonus (Urlaubszuschuss).

•Protection against termination of employment according to Section 15 of the Maternity Protection Act (Mutterschutzgesetz, MSchG) is extended to the term of entitlement to childcare benefit laid down by federal laws.
