Results of the latest round of negotiations
  • Increase of salaries under the collective agreement by 3.45%
  • Increase of actual salaries by 3.0%
  • Increase of apprenticeship pay by 3.45%
  • Increase of allowances under the collective agreement by 3.45%
  • Increase of compensation for expenses by 2.5%

Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 1,574.25 to EUR 1,769.10
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 2,212.44 to EUR 2,775.36
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: from EUR 3,498.80 to EUR 4,936.40

Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 666.31
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 859.75
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,047.82
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,423.96

Supplements and allowances
Night work

Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week
Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.

Notice periods
For employers:

up to 2 years of employment 6 weeks
after 2 years of employment 2 months
after 5 years of employment 3 months
after 15 years of employment 4 months
after 25 years of employment 5 months
For employees:
1 month

Please note that any claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer must be asserted within six months.
