Table II applies to apprentices who commence their training after 1 March 2014 and who after their ninth year of education (compulsory schooling) participated in training, completed pre-vocational training (

) or attended school for another three years. Supplements and allowances
Allowances related to long-term employment. Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week.Supplement for extra hours: usually 50%, during specified times 100% or 150%.
Notice periods
For employers:

For employees:

Any claims arising from the employment relationship must be asserted within five months after they arose and/or became known, otherwise the claim expires. Other results achieved regarding socio-political aspects
