Results of the latest round of negotiations
  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 9.8 %


Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: EUR 14,44 to EUR 15,37
  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 16,56 to EUR 17,07
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: EUR 17,74 to EUR 19,20


Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 5,31
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 7,08
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 10,03
4th year of apprenticeship: EUR 13,33


Supplements and allowances
Various dirt, hardship or hazard allowances for certain tasks.


Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week
.
Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.


Notice periods
Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:
  • Employee
    : any time to four weeks, in each case on the last working day of a calendar week
  • Employer
    : any time to four weeks, in each case on the last working day of a calendar week


Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer
lapse
unless asserted
within six months
. After termination of the employment relationship, any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer
lapse

. If such claims are denied by the employer, an
