  • Increase of minimum wages under the collective agreement by 3.35 %
  • Actual wages: Overpayments unchanged (parallel adjustment)

Minimum wage / minimum salary
  • Simple tasks: from EUR 11.68 to EUR 12.87
  • Tasks requiring qualification: EUR 13.82
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: from EUR 15.23 to EUR 15.80

Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 5.53
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 8.29
3rd year of apprenticeship: EUR 11.06

Supplements and allowances
Various dirt, hardship or hazard allowances.

Working time
The regular working time is 39 hours per week.
Supplement for extra hours: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.

Notice periods
Notice period according to the length of the employee’s employment period with the company:
  • Employee: from one week to three weeks
  • Employer: from one week to three weeks

Please note: Expiry of claims
Please note that any and all claims arising from the employment relationship with the employer lapse within three months unless asserted in writing. If denied by the employer, an action must be filed within three months.
