  • Tasks requiring qualification: from EUR 3,092.01 to EUR 3,482.01
  • Tasks requiring high qualification: EUR 3,649.17 to EUR 3,825.98
Breweries between 120,001 and 360,000 hl:

Apprenticeship pay
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,255.80
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,605.24

Hardship or hazard allowances, storage cellar allowance, fermentation hall allowance (vary according to the size of the brewery)


Working time
The regular working time is 38.5 hours per week
.
Supplement for extra hours
: usually 50%, during specified times 100%.


Notice periods
For employers:
up to 6 months 1 week
more than 6 months 6 weeks
more than 2 years 8 weeks
more than 5 years 13 weeks
more than 15 years 17 weeks
more than 25 years 21 weeks
For employees:
up to 6 months 1 week
more than 6 months 4 weeks


Please note: Expiry of claims
Any mutual claims arising from the employment relationship must be asserted within five months after they arose and/or became known, otherwise the claim expires.
